Wir verbrachten Anfang Juni zwei erholsame
Wochen in Lilas behaglichem Guesthouse.

The cyclers from Belgium.
We stayed just one night in the very nice home of Lila. The rooms and breakfast are perfect and hosts are very concerned for their guests to give them a very nice stay in which they succeed very well.
We will sure stay again in their home if we will ever get again to that tidy village at the end of the world

Easter 2010: an unforgettable experience for our family (3 children, ranging from 3,5 years to a 7 months old baby). At this time of year, Ag. Kiriaki is a peaceful fishing community, where one can live through an authentic Greek Easter, enjoying the warm sun and calm sea. The absence of cars driving through the village was a great plus, as far as we were concerned! Lila’s hospitality is generous and, more importantly, very genuine – we felt at home right away. A child-friendly environment, good food, beautiful surroundings… a great stress-free holiday, over too soon. Thank you for everything!

Where to start ? We spent a wonderful week in Agia Kyriaki. Lila’s (the host) twin daughters were excellent company to our 3 year old son. Conversation topics with the host and her husband ranged from modern Balkan history to the best way to cook octopus in red wine sauce and the intricate history of the families that make up this authentic fishing community in the south of the Pellion peninsula. In a way, Agia Kyriaki is the end of the world: a real authentic and non-touristy place to relax, enjoy the freshest fish you ever had and a beautiful seascape looking out from the harbour.
