Covid -19 Case protocols

We have the government proved protocols in the event that we alerted to a case of covid -19.

Case notification

If a guest starts to feel ill, he/she will be encouraged to contact a medical team approved by ΕΟΔΥ and to follow their instruction. Appropriate quarantine procedures and cleaning protocols will be implemented.

Our plan to deal with covid-19 pandemic is:

To use government approved chemicals.

Hand -sanitizer stations and masks are placed throughout the premises.

Training on covid-19 safety and sanitation protocols.

Check-in & Check-out

Contactless check -in, Guests will be asked to bring certification of health declaration (vaccinated or a recent negative PCR test, or a 24 hour resent negative self-test).

Contactless check -out where possible, alternative contactless payment options available.

We ensure a safe stay by

Removing non-essential high touch items providing disinfecting gels in every guest room.

Thorough cleaning of each guest room between stays.

Reducing housekeeping contact during the guest’s stay.
